1. Once I print or receive my Matrix Discount Drug Card, what should I do next?
Please write your name on your Matrix Discount Drug Card and present it, along with your prescription, to a network pharmacy. Your card has all the required information needed by your pharmacist to process your prescription and apply any available discount automatically. Remember, this is not an insurance card. You are required to pay the pharmacy upfront for your prescriptions at the Matrix discounted price.
2. What if I want to change pharmacies?
Bring your Matrix Discount Drug card to your new pharmacy. If you continue to utilize the same pharmacy chain at a different location - they will already have your information and you will not need to present your card again. If you need an additional card for yourself, family, or friends, please print a new card. (Can this link connect with the home link of the sub site?)
